First of all, I'm absolutely insane for doing this post at this hour; (it's five minutes to seven!) but I guess, the adrenaline is pumping through me right now! Or rather, I was up packing my luggage last night as I have to leave for the airport at 11;
It was Deidre's birthday yesterday and honestly; by the end of the day; I've never felt that my day was more exhausted with activities! (Think I've been coped up with my assignments for way too long!) Woke up for dimsum with my friends on a gorgeous Sunday, and boy, did we have a long, lazy lunch; (I think we've sat at the table for close to three hours!) Still, I'm not complaining as I've had my fill of dumplings, sticky rice and char siew buns;p
Took my polaroid camera out with me; and by chance; we came upon this gorgeous green wall behind the mall; we were having so much fun snapping photos that we were actually attracting the attention of the people in a car nearby. Of course, I forgot to switch the mode on the camera and I ended up with three over exposed films, but surprisingly; I love the effect it had!
Halfway through; this little guy actually came over on his scooter and asked if I could take a picture of his friend and him; Jacob and Daniel were the cutest thing; with Jacob actually removing his cap and doing that annoying Justin Beibs hair swishing/swiping action; they're were so cute; (and by chance; both of them had checks on! I couldn't resist asking him if I could snap a picture on my phone for the blog too! Err. It's not illegal eh?)
THE BOYS ARE TOOO CUTEEEEEE XX. miss you bestie. and when u said Rome, Florence, Verona, Siena and Venice; I FELT LIKE CRYING. IT'LL TAKE FOREVER FOR ME T_T lol. nonetheless; <3!!
ReplyDeleteThese are awesome photos! I love your polaroid pics, hoping to take lots in HK and stock up on film when I'm there too!
ReplyDeleteEllie,
ReplyDeleteI recently encountered all of your blogs, your current one
(Those Dusty Dreams) and former ones (Pixieoftb and Pearls and Sands),
and both are great! I love the simplicity of the layout- it really makes
the blog look elegant and classy. Your most recent post is great! I love
the images and I love the manner in which you discussed your day. It was
engaging and exciting. You are a wonderful photographer, too.
If you
have time, I was hoping that you could check out our blog at
www.vantagepointvintage.com/blog and let me know what you think.
Hopefully, if you like it you could follow it, too! Let me know. :)
Cheers,
Meaghan
